How to apply
Massage a small amount onto dry or damp skin with light sweeping motions—moving upward from ankles to waist. Concentrate on areas of concern: waist, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms. Rinse with cool water .Recommended for use during pregnancy.

1 Warm:
Bring the product to skin temperature by warming it between your hands, so that your skin accepts it instantly.

2 Smooth:
Use both hands to gently smooth the product onto damp skin, starting at the ankles and working your way up. Repeat this smoothing action twice.
