What it is: No-rinse cleansing water that effectively removes makeup and tones skin in a single step.
What it does: It instantly binds to impurities and makeup using the power of micellar technology. Gently and effectively, it removes long-wearing makeup formulas as well as various pollutants while nourishing skin with hydrating, rosemary-infused water. How to use: This cleansing water can be used in place of your cleanser to tone and refresh in the morning, or as the first step in a double-cleanse routine with a foaming cleanser or scrub to remove makeup in the evening. Press the pump three times onto a cotton pad. Gently smooth over a dry face to remove makeup and impurities. To remove eye makeup, hold a cotton pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently glide over your eyelids without rubbing. Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean. No rinsing necessary.
