Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.

For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
